• Develop and oversee the CRM strategy and roadmap for each GEO.
• Plan customer segmentation and tailored CRM campaigns.
• Execute A/B tests and analyze performance to enhance player retention and engagement.
• Build and lead the CRM team, set up efficient workflows, manage team budgets, and ensure strong team performance.
• Manage meetings and ongoing communication with the CRM team.
• Design bonus mechanics and promotional campaigns; track and analyze their effectiveness.
• Monitor key CRM metrics: ATPU, RR, BR, DAU/MAU, and conversion rates across different communication channels.
• Present CRM progress, test results, and the overall impact on product performance to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed reports on CRM performance and campaign outcomes.

• 1+ years of experience as a Team Lead in CRM/Retention.
• Strong knowledge of casino and sports betting products, player activity types, and promotional mechanics.
• Proven experience in planning CRM activities on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Expertise in task delegation and goal setting within a CRM team.
• Experience in building and optimizing team processes.
• Solid analytical skills, including A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
• Upper-intermediate level of English (B2+) or higher.
