Наш клієнт — амбітна ІТ-команда великого українського Банку з міжнародним представництвом. Команда сягає близько 400 спеціалістів, що розробляють інноваційні технологічні рішення для фінансового сектору та мобільного банкінгу Банку.
Їхніми продуктами користуються понад 2 мільйони клієнтів — від користувачів щоденного банкінгу до провідних компаній та міжнародних корпорацій. Компанія фокусується на вдосконаленні фінансових сервісів, роблячи їх сучасними, зручними та безпечними.

Про посаду
  • Графік: Повний робочий день
  • Формат працевлаштування: Офіційно, в штат
  • Формат роботи: гібрид (офіс у Києві).
  • Важлива наявність військового квитка (для чоловіків); Бронювання від мобілізації не передбачене
Вимоги
  • Повна вища освіта, бажано технічна або менеджмент
  • Досвід роботи бізнес або системним аналітиком не менше 2 років
  • Досвід впровадження продуктів платформи Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), робота з PowerPlatform та Microsoft Intune
  • Досвід роботи в сфері ІТ не менше 2 років
  • Володіння англійською мовою на рівні Upper Intermediate або вище
  • Знання та наявність досвіду щодо організації безпеки роботи Azure та Microsoft 365, а також впровадження інших засобів інформаційної безпеки
  • Досвід розробки та впровадження програмного забезпечення
  • Знання в області управління проектами, розробки інформаційних систем, процесів ІТ
  • Досвід підготовки проектної, користувацької та технічної документації до проектів і ІТ систем
Задачі
  • Опис та моделювання процесів відповідно до вимог та з урахуванням організаційно-технічних рішень банку
  • Розробка і впровадження пропозицій, рекомендацій та планів щодо вдосконалення поточних або майбутніх хмарних інформаційних систем
  • Аналіз, консолідація та опис потреб, формування вимог
  • Участь у розробці архітектури рішень, планування робіт
  • Підготовка проектної, технічної, написання користувацької документації
  • Аналіз можливостей та функцій систем, їхнього використання та розширення
  • Підтримка, консультація та навчання з впроваджуваних рішень
  • Оцінка впливу проектів на інфраструктурні процеси ІТ, в т.ч. IT continuity, Capacity management, Operational change management, інших процесів ІТ
  • Визначення ризиків, а також можливих шляхів їх усунення
  • Взаємодія з відповідними фахівцями групи задля обміну інформацією за напрямом роботи
