Currently, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team on a project for one of our key clients.

Our client is Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) — the largest brewery company in the world. AB InBev owns over 630 beer brands (including Budweiser, Stella Artois, Hoegaarden, Beck’s, Leffe, and Chernigivske) in 150 countries and holds approximately 28% of the global beer market. The European headquarters is located in Leuven, Belgium.

REQUIREMENTS

Extensive experience with dataset design, data cleansing, and data aggregationProficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)Experience writing SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from various sourcesAbility to identify anomalies and deviations in dataStrong skills in structuring and interpreting research resultsSolid understanding of Power BI, including hands-on experience with its ecosystem, pros and cons, available modules, and librariesGood grasp of analytics approachesExperience with Power Query (M language) and building advanced DAX queriesExperience implementing row-level and object-level securityUpper-intermediate or higher level of EnglishStrong collaboration skills to work with data engineers, business analysts, and other team membersAbility to decompose tasks, estimate effort, and discuss scope with the team

Experience with Azure ecosystem or DatabricksExperience communicating directly with clients (with support from the team, BA, and PM)Willingness to learn — both in the core technology stack and new, related technologiesKnowledge of ETL processes using Power Query and other toolsUnderstanding of data integration and cleansing techniquesFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum environments
