Compensation & Next Steps

What You’ll Own

• Systemize everything: Build and refine ops processes that scale across SEO, data science, and link building verticals.
• Drive project execution: Translate strategy into clear workflows, manage timelines, and ensure team alignment—no loose ends.
• Solve problems fast: Spot bottlenecks before they slow us down, and fix them without being told twice.
• Lead with metrics: Track ops performance, surface insights, and improve throughput across departments.
• Support leadership: Partner with the Head of Operations to run high-impact projects and onboard new service lines.

Who You Are

• 1+ years in operations or project management at a digital marketing agency
• Systems thinker who thrives on optimizing complexity
• Sharp communicator—written and verbal—with zero tolerance for ambiguity
• Master of tools: ClickUp, Slack, Google Sheets, Loom, SOP creation
• Comfortable managing remote teams across time zones, independently
