As a Junior UX Requirements Specialist you will operate across multiple gaming platforms, support production teams in resolving bugs, and play a key role in implementing user experience-related features.
Please note, that position is office-based in Kyiv.

Responsibilities
Execute epilepsy, sound, and input lag tests, using dedicated software and hardware, and verify that all Ubisoft titles are compliant with the guidelines;Operate multiple platforms (PC, Luna, X1, PS4, XsX, PS5, NX);Support production teams in fixing bugs and implementing UXR related features of the game;Investigate, reproduce, report and track UXR issues on the projectsManage projects following established team actions and processes (planning and coordinating tests, raising project risks, ensuring proper test coverage);Work closely with the team and different project stakeholders (production, QC etc.) providing them with relevant feedback on the project status and quality, providing visibility, and obtaining required information;Create various documentation and reports based on the project needs.Job requirements:
Strong motivation to work and develop in the video game industry;Upper intermediate level of English or higher (spoken and written);Good knowledge and understanding of testing theoryStrong interest in, and genuine passion for video gamesSolid knowledge of PC and console hardwareSolid understanding of gated project management workflows;Experience working with issue and project tracking systems (for example: JIRA);Strong communication (ability to develop and sustain a professional network) and problem-solving skills;Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills;Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player;Proactivity and ability to multitask;Resourcefulness and ability to handle challenging situations;Openness to change and self-improvement;Would be a plus:
Hands-on experience with several gaming platforms;Experience with multiple projects;Experience in coordinating tasks;Good troubleshooting skills;Involvement in test case creation/adjustment;Any sound-related background;Any experience with epilepsy tests.
