Job Description:We are looking for a lawyer specializing in intellectual property, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field.Position Responsibilities Include:Providing comprehensive legal support to various legal entities (e.g., a publishing company, IT-related projects).Legal support for KYC procedures with banks, payment solution providers, and other relevant entities.Reviewing, drafting, and assisting in negotiating contracts, as well as contributing to the development of contract templates, negotiation guidelines, and signing procedures.Advising on and drafting intellectual property agreements.Collaborating with various departments (Finance, Marketing, IT) to ensure effective communication of key contractual terms to all personnel responsible for their execution and administration.Overseeing and managing relationships with external law firms and corporate service providers to ensure high-quality services at a reasonable cost.Skills / Experience:Excellent academic background in law from a leading law school or university.Over 5 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years of specialized legal support in the field of intellectual property and IT projects.Ability to provide high-quality legal support and advice.Fluency in English, including excellent legal writing and communication skills, will be considered an advantage.Understanding and practical experience in international taxation and English contract law are not required but will be considered a plus.Benefits:Remote work.Flexible working hours: from 9:00 (10:00) to 18:00 (19:00).A dynamic environment and opportunities for professional growth.Training and development: experience and support from our team, assistance with professional adaptation during the probationary period.Paid vacation and sick leave.
