We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team.What you will do:- Conduct Screening (using open sources and programs) of new and existing partners;- Verify information and documents of customers for onboarding them to the project;- Prepare and revise drafts, coordinate amendments with partners and counterparties, define and substantiate the company’s position on contractual terms;- Write and edit internal documents such as policies, procedures, instructions;- Analyze international legislation in key project areas (AML, KYC) and adjust projects to regulatory requirements;Requirements:- Higher legal education;- Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance in fintech and/or crypto niche;- Ability to work with documents of legal entities and individuals, verify them, collect and analyze relevant information on clients;- Knowledge of European legislation in the field of payments, AML, GDPR;- Advanced English;- Will be a plus certificate in Compliance/AML;Working conditions:- Work schedule 5/2 from 10-00 to 19-00;- Remote work;- We provide all the necessary tools for your successful and comfortable work;- Training at the expense of the company (courses, seminars, new and interesting projects);- Learning English at the expense of the company;- Compensation for coworking place;- Ability to switch between projects and try yourself in different roles.
