Each KPMG member firm is responsible for its own obligations and liabilities.A leading Transfer Pricing practice is searching for a bright professional to fill the position of Transfer Pricing Senior Consultant in Tax & Legal department.Transfer Pricing Senior Consultant will be responsible for leading transfer pricing workflow process, work distribution and supervision of consultants. Transfer Pricing Senior Consultant will report to the Transfer Pricing Manager.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain active communication with clients to form and exceed expectations, ensure client satisfaction, make sure deadlines are met, and lead change efforts effectivelyDevelop a project vision and set challenging personal and client service team goalsIncorporate financial information into a proprietary financial model and conduct economic, financial, and accounting analysesManage and monitor client services teams on client engagements; plan, execute and complete transfer pricing projects in a wide variety of industriesProvide innovative transfer pricing planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients and manage the budget.Initiate new services and product offerings for clientsPrepare and deliver presentations for existing and potential clients, participate in other tax department marketing eventsManage, develop, train, and coach junior staffAssess performance for engagement and year-end reviewsComply with risk management proceduresComply with KPMG risk management proceduresRequirements:3 years or more of relevant experience with “Big 4” firms or Ukrainian leading audit firmsFluent command of UkrainianAdvanced level of spoken and written English command (fluent will be a plus)In-depth knowledge of Ukrainian tax and accounting legislationStrong management skills - ability to organize and lead team workStrong project management skillsIndependent decision makingAbility to organize and lead team workCapability to instill enthusiasm in othersStrong analytical skillsWe offer:Official and sustainable employmentWork in a friendly international environmentChallenging assignments, professional and career developmentFair compensation and social packageComfortable office close to a subway stationKPMG in Ukraine seeks to create a work environment that provides everyone with opportunities to develop and build their careers.
