The Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Analyst to join our team, specializing in Google Analytics (GA), to manage and optimize web analytics for three distinct gambling projects. As part of our team, you will be responsible for configuring tracking pixels, implementing tag management, and ensuring accurate data collection to enhance decision-making and improve user experiences across our gambling platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and Configuration of Tracking Pixels: Implement and manage tracking pixels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, etc.) to track user interactions and conversions across our gambling sites.
• Tag Management & Data Layer Implementation: Ensure proper tagging of all relevant actions on the sites, such as bets placed, sign-ups, deposits, and other key user interactions, using a tag management system (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
• Data Collection & Reporting: Gather critical user data to analyze behavior, identify trends, and produce actionable insights. Use Google Analytics to track performance metrics and generate reports that help optimize site performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Product Teams: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that all key conversion events are tracked, analyzed, and optimized for maximum ROI.
• Ensure Data Accuracy: Conduct regular audits to verify that all data tracking is functioning properly and that data integrity is maintained across all platforms.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Google Analytics (GA), including setting up tracking pixels, tag management, and custom event tracking.
• Solid understanding of web analytics in the context of gambling projects or similar industries.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, data layers, and custom tag configurations.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis, conversion tracking, and the ability to create actionable insights from data.
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and tracking requirements specific to the industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once in a part-time capacity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on iGaming or gambling-related websites.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and make quick adjustments based on data insights.
