Warehouse Associate
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate who will be responsible for managing and supervising daily warehouse activities, including coordinating logistics for the import and export of TMs, NTMs, machinery, and finished goods.
As the Warehouse Associate, you will do:
Warehouse Management: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of warehouse reports. Coordinate closely with the Planner on brand changes, material shortages, material expiry records, and material delivery reports. Ensure obsolete items are written off in a timely manner.Stock Counting: Oversee proper stock-taking activities and reconcile any variances on a monthly basis. Ensure that the Material Warehouse System (MWS) is properly implemented and that all procedures are strictly followed to ensure the system accurately reflects actual stock.Budget Control: Plan, manage, and control departmental budgets in line with the agreed plan during the ASP period to avoid overspending or underspending.Energy Saving and EHS: Focus on energy saving opportunity and maintain zero LTI & RI in department by cascading all relevant communications, programs and initiatives from factory Engineering and EHS. Contribute to minimize waste in daily job to safe environment. Participate in tasks /projects/programs and audits associated with ISO, FM Global and other programs including CP, 5S3R initiatives carried out by local and global authorities.Manage various tasks and projects (global and local) as they arise and upon manager’s and/or cross functional departments request.
Who are we looking for?
A graduate with a University or Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum one year of experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of core warehouse management operations.
Open to a project-based role (1-year contract).
Willing to be assigned at our Factory in Mingaladon.
