Novo Nordisk Ukraine is looking for a Warehouse pharmacist/Qualified person based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Ukraine warehouse specialist will be part of finance and operations department. You will be part of logistic chain responsible team interacting with the head of department and other functional managers. You will also be a member of Business Area East. Your daily work will be based at the warehouse in the Kyiv region, Ukraine, with flexible hybrid schedule but you will be also working closely with colleagues located in Kyiv office and across Ukraine. You will be responsible for pharmaceutical warehouse operations. The Position Participate in receiving, storing, assembling, packaging, and preparing for shipment of products at/from the pharmaceutical warehouse Conduct incoming quality control of products Issue conclusions based on the results of incoming quality control Preparation of the necessary package of documents provided to the State Pharmacological Service to obtain conclusions on quality, in accordance with the requirements of current legislation Verification of quality certificates of medical products by the manufacturer's batch series of products Communication with the manufacturer regarding quality certificates for medical products Control the process of moving products in warehouse zones according to the temperature storage regime and statuses Monitoring the maintenance of proper sanitary conditions of warehouse premises and equipment Conduct checks of the compliance of the stockpiled valuables by the storekeeper Participation in conducting inventory of material assets Handle documentation (keeping protocols and journals in accordance with the company's standard operating procedures) Proper storage, archiving, and disposal of documents for the supply and shipment of products Compliance with the requirements of current legislation and company standards Adherence to internal work regulations and safety rules Fulfilment of the functional duties of the head or manager of quality systems in their absence Qualifications Higher pharmaceutical education, specialization "Pharmacy," "Industrial Pharmacy" Updated Certificate of a pharmaceutical specialist Current qualification courses Work experience in "Pharmacy," "Industrial Pharmacy" for at least two years Experience working in a pharmaceutical warehouse (desirable) Knowledge of regulatory legislation of Ukraine in pharmaceutical industry, Guidelines and Directives of the European Union (GMP, GDP) Fluent in Ukrainian, English language proficiency Intermediate level (reading, writing, speaking on certificate documentation with the producer) Proficient computer MS experience (Excel, Word, Outlook) Knowledge of SAP will be a plus Ability to work effectively in a team and complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines Responsible, attentive to details, communicative, organizational skills and result oriented, team-player Proactive and open for challenges Deadline 24th of March 2025 We commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
