Experience working with clients in the tobacco industry is essential.Also, building relationships with the Client and partners, communication & presentation of our approaches & ideas to the Client will be an essential part of daily routines. The Art Director would be also responsible for the quality check of all deliverables.ResponsibilitiesGuide the execution for creative adaptation across all aspects of the brand experience including all channels (digital, print, POS).Participate in the briefing sessions with the Client, and provide suggestions on how to tackle certain asset adaptations.Provide the strategy of the creative adaptation ideas along with the deliverables (which assets would resonate better on some specific platforms or POS areas, etc).Present the creative assets to the client.Develop initial asset concepts and create working examples to guide the team, as well as being ready to roll up the sleeves and do the design work when needed.Be detail-oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized while responding to last-minute requests and adapting to changes in business and cultural trends.
