This role involves leading the team, establishing efficient processes, and leveraging automation and AI to drive innovative change.This is a full-time position, with a remote/onsite work format.What will be on your task list:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Market Research Analysts, fostering collaboration and innovation.Set team goals and priorities, aligning them with company objectives and KPIs.Act as the key point of contact between the Market Research team and other departments, facilitating seamless communication and cooperation.Develop and implement strategies for identifying and testing potential digital educational product ideas.Guide the team in conducting in-depth market research to analyze trends, audience preferences, and competitor offerings.Deliver high-quality, actionable insights and detailed reports to stakeholders.Oversee the execution of testing strategies, including campaign design, budget allocation, and performance tracking.Collaborate with internal teams to implement and scale validated product ideas efficiently.Present research findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.Skill pack for high-quality performance:Written and spoken English is at the Upper-Intermediate level, with proficiency in Ukrainian.4+ years of experience in market research or strategy development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams to achieve measurable outcomes.Expertise in developing and implementing effective strategies for product or topic validation.Experience in optimizing, and automating processes using AI.Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and their application in market research.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure timely delivery.About the benefits of working at Laba Group:Initiative and Growth: We champion a proactive mindset, bold ideas, and a willingness to embrace change.
