Job Description This role is accountable for activities related to managing the eDD team responsible for cluster of countries for NEE (Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Baltic countries, Belarus and Uzbekistan) and supporting this team as well as other partners (e.g.Ops, PL, DSci, TTR) in ensuring the stable and high quality BAU process related to supplier data reception and all the improvement initiatives connected with the electronic data – e.g. delivery time reduction, data quality improvements, delivery method change and others based on the specific country needs. Responsibilities Taking ownership and providing necessary communication on critical data issues Effectively able to handle and manage team Manage team and responsibilities of delivering production cycle on time with defined quality standard Monitoring team's KPI and being up to date with all processes related to assigned area Ensuring good process knowledge within the team, identifying training needs and providing trainings Development of the team including conducting regular meetings, goals setting, check-ins, performance assessment and talent assessment with individual action plans for high potential employees and successors Expected to coach and develop the team, monitor individual performances, and identify talents or low performers Successfully mentor and/or train more junior members of the team to help with their development Maintenance of good cooperation between teams, countries and in-market Managing vacation requests, working hours and schedules of direct reports. Support eDD team and all sourcing teams including Operations and Product Leadership with any escalations or complex requests around data quality testing for new and existing data Suppliers Drive and/or support the discussions about the data format and quality with data Suppliers when necessary Coordinate and support the country eDD teams in troubleshooting with the data Suppliers in case data is not in agreed format or any other issues with data upload such as file issues ( type/ location/ special characters etc.) Align on the new procedures to support ongoing BAU Ops if needed and ensure the existing procedures are properly followed by the teams Monitor retailer KPIs and implement the necessary improvement actions Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or technical institute degree / Degrees in statistics/ Data Analytics or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of relevant NIQ work experience.
