В KPMG в Україні ми шукаємо рекрутера супервізора, який/яка буде відповідати за планування і реалізацію стратегій залучення талантів. Основні обов'язки: Розробляти та реалізовувати стратегії залучення кандидатів; Взаємодіяти з керівниками відділів для визначення вимог до вакансій; Налагоджувати та підтримувати зв’язки з потенційними кандидатами; Організовувати та проводити співбесіди; Контролювати виконання цілей з набору кадрів; Забезпечити належний процес адаптації нових працівників. Requirements Кандидати повинні відповідати таким вимогам: Вища освіта; Досвід роботи в рекрутингу від 5 років; Знання сучасних методів залучення кандидатів; Відмінні комунікаційні та організаційні навички; Здатність працювати в динамічному середовищі; Високий рівень англійської мови.
