IT Business Solution Expert (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Holistic co-design and mapping of business processes in the IT systems under
  
  Consideration of the requirements from the specialist departments
• Responsibility for the operation and further development of the ERP system based on
  
  Microsoft Business Central
• Application development under Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
• Expansion and development of a modern and future-proof IT system landscape
• Ensuring system availability and long-term system performance
• Ensuring compliance with system guidelines and security standards in the systems
• Contact person for all non-process-specific questions and expert in technical and non-technical questions about the ERP system
• Training and support of end users in the use of the ERP system
• Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities along the entire process chain

Your profile:

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the administration and support of ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central)
• Experience in object-oriented programming, DevOps and application development
  in Business Central (AL)
• Experience in project management and change management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
