Our primary service is to recruit and provide qualified personnel to businesses in need of temporary or contract workers. We act as a recruitment agency, carefully screening and selecting candidates to match specific job requirements.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Sourcing and screening candidates ( Job posting, Resume screening, Candidate sourcing, Phone screening)

• Candidate interviews ( Scheduling interviews, Conducting interviews,Taking notes)

• Candidate assessment (Reference checks, Background checks, Skills assessments)

• Relationship Management (Client communication, Candidate communication, Buildin relationships)

• All those tasks would be your primary tasks. You would do those things together with Staff Power Team. Staff Power team finds clients for Various industrial sectors, and you would help us to find people who would like to work in industrial sectors at Estonia.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Utilities and Industrial.
• Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
