Traffic.bar  network working on CPC/CPM/CPL/RevShare. This is a large platform for generating and converting. Thousands of requests per second, several terabytes of data. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented  Publisher  Manager . It's a full-time position, remote or at the office (Relocation to Cyprus or be ready for business trips to Cyprus).  Responsibilities: Buy traffic from Publishers / Networks / Media agencies; Seeking new partnerships and developing existing partnerships; Negotiate the best options for buying inventory; Analysis and optimization of traffic quality, monitoring metrics; Attending industry events WW; Conduct market research to identify the highest-quality traffic sources; Managing budgets; Closely cooperating with the Adv team to resell the traffic; Working with internal teams: devs, designers. Necessary skills: 2+ years experience in Affiliate marketing; Experienced in working with CPC/CPM/CPL/RevShare types of offers; Excellent understanding of how to analyze traffic quality; high-level written and verbal communication skills in English. Already in possession of an extensive network in the dating vertical.
