About the Company: This role is for a partner agency in the healthcare industry , specializing in providing high-quality wellness and respiratory health products. The company focuses on developing affordable, innovative solutions that support customer well-being. Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to drive external traffic to e-commerce shops (Amazon links included). Identify and collaborate with blogs, websites, and digital publishers to feature our products. Optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels. Analyze traffic data and conversion rates to refine strategies for maximum ROI. Stay ahead of industry trends and new traffic-driving opportunities. Lead and mentor a small team to maximize marketing impact and efficiency. Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven experience in performance marketing, ideally driving external traffic to Amazon product pages. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, content partnerships, and digital PR. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve performance. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for outreach and collaborations.
