Legal Consultant/Senior Consultant - Corporate Law, M&A and Antitrust Responsibilities: Preparing legal memoranda, legal opinions and otherwise advising clients on a wide range of general corporate matters, general contractual matters, antitrust matters, investment matters, securities law and regulatory matters Setting up companies and other form of corporate presence in Ukraine and worldwide Advising on restructuring existing business models and structuring investments Conducting legal due diligences  Participating in M&A transactions as a part of the project team (assisting in preparation and negotiation of the transaction documents, full transaction support) Requirements 2-4 years of experience in a leading law firm and/or a Big 4 firm is a must Expertise in corporate and M&A, antitrust Fluent Ukrainian, confident spoken and written English Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence, legal memoranda, transactional documents and fluently communicate orally in English and Ukrainian Responsible, goal-oriented, ambitious and ready to work hard Demonstrating drive and resilience Good analytical and organizational skills Ability to learn quickly Advanced MS Office skills Team player Benefits Dynamic international environment, with a great team of dedicated professionals and innovation leaders within one of the most world-known names in Legal Challenging assignments and transparent path of career and professional growth Fair compensation and social package International assignment opportunities.
