Positions Cost Manager
Position:
The Positions Cost Manager manages the global process and tool related to Positions and Labor cost planning and reporting within myPositionsCost tool.
Responsibilities:
Closely cooperating with the system users and acting as the main advisor for various P&C-related queries (such as, but not limited to SAP HR, labor cost, P&C processes, and procedures)Being in touch with Power Users from more than 100 different JTI entities. With a global scope, having the opportunity to work with a wide variety of cultures and business practices, driving consistency and efficiency across the organizationEmpowering Power Users by upskilling them with system knowledge, offering guidance during the planning cycles, organizing trainings and webinars, and showing new system functionalities as updates are being doneBeing responsible for onboarding new entities to the myPositionsCost tool and maintaining training portal materialsAs a part of the cross-functional team, collaborating intensively with Finance and IT to coordinate new system developments based on customer feedback and to improve system performanceExploring and assessing the integration of ChatJTI within the new tool to enhance user experience and streamline self-service support processIncluding payroll data load tracking, access provision to "myPositionsCost, audit of rolesDuring the financial planning cycle, being responsible for the Positions & Labor cost planning process, deadlines establishing, providing planning instructions, and sending communications. Additionally, overseeing the central locking of the systemRequirements:
University degree preferably in economics, finance, or accounting Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a multinational organization, with a background in Finance, FP&A, or position planningExcellent knowledge of EnglishStrong knowledge of SAP and ExcelCustomer orientation and interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, a strong sense of urgency, and ability to work autonomously with a structured approachAnalytical skills to interpret and communicate results of planning, and ability to provide constructive suggestions to challenge the status quoStrong communication skillsWhat to expect:
