Job Description We are looking for a Trainee to join the dynamic Miratech Sourcing team and play a key role in contributing to our ongoing success. Responsibilities: Creating comprehensive candidate profiles, highlighting key qualifications, and assessing their potential for introduction to clients. Reviewing resumes to ensure candidates' qualifications align with job requirements. Maintaining effective communication with potential candidates, engineers, Sourcing Managers, and other stakeholders, providing timely updates on the hiring process. Assisting in document preparation, filing, and updating internal databases. Working with various internal systems and databases to ensure efficient workflow. Qualifications Previous experience working in IT administrative positions or in the business field. Written and spoken English at an upper-intermediate level or higher. Expertise in creating, writing, and proofreading documents is a plus. Experience working with large amounts of information and data. Proficiency with MS Office tools. Critical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail. Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Knowledge of IT and related technologies is considered a benefit.
