Administration Associate

 

The main purpose of the role is to ensure effective & timely management and implementation of administration services of JTI Turkey organization. This position will be based in İzmir, Torbali, and will be reporting to the General Services Manager within the People & Culture department.

Responsible for planning and managing the implementation and improvement of contractors (cafeteria &kitchenette services and cleaning services) of JTI TurkeyResponsible for effective management of contractor management process (legal documentation, negotiations, contracts, policies & procedures, and budget)Responsible for the effective & timely management of the uniform process of all factory employeesResponsible for the management of courier/ cargo services of JTI TurkeyResponsible for timely management of stationery services of JTI TurkeyResponsible for asset and cost center budget plannings, creating PR/FO, and month-end closing process of all employee servicesResponsible for supporting transportation and security services, office and contractor management processes of JTI Turkey
 

Requirements:
 

University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent7-10 years of work experience in a similar positionAdvanced level of written & spoken EnglishGood knowledge of P&C processesAdvanced Level MS Office (Excel, PowerBI) applications knowledgeSAP knowledge is a plusMilitary service must be completed for male candidatesExcellent time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects, and achieve results with close follow-upHigh communication and follow-up skills
