Our company is looking for an experienced customer support manager, who can perfectly handle numerous customers’ requests through such online platforms as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify.
Main responsibilities:
prepare Q&A templates;process customers’ requests in all supported channels: e-mails, direct messages;check corporate mailboxes;work with reviews;process orders;check the product listings information;update products knowledge base;report back on results on a regular daily/weekly/monthly basis.Requirements:
fluent English (written and spoken) is a must;strong written and communication skills;multitasking;stress resistance;experience in e-commerce customer support.The goal is quantitative and qualitative processing of all incoming requests.
