We’re looking for a Full-Stack Product Designer who can take a customer journey from a messy problem to a polished, shippable experience. You’ll work across the full stack:

UX – Map flows, identify friction points, and simplify complex journeys

UI – Design in Figma, set a strong visual direction, and ensure consistency across screens

Systems Thinking – Build scalable design frameworks across products

Delivery – Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to ensure what’s designed is what ships

This role goes beyond design execution—you’ll be involved in customer interviews, data analysis, design reviews, and product releases.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end design for key journeys (e.g., wallet, loans, mobile load, shopping integrations)
• Translate customer and business needs into simple, intuitive solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma—and ensure accurate implementation
• Collaborate with product, UX research, and lifecycle teams to align design with real user behavior
• Maintain and evolve the design system for speed and consistency
• Balance speed and quality—knowing when to ship quickly and when to refine

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in consumer tech, fintech, or e-commerce
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership (UX flows, decision-making, and UI craft)
• Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and hands-on design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)
• Working knowledge of usability testing and data-driven iteration
• Clear, concise communicator—no fluff, just impact
• Curious, humble, and action-oriented

Nice to Have

• Experience in leading fintech companies, especially in emerging markets
• Motion and interaction design skills
• Basic understanding of front-end development
