Job Description

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

University Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy; Minimum work experience: at least 2 years in Pharmacovigilance on the position of PV Specialist; Good knowledge of local PV legislation/guidelines; Experience in ICSRs processing, PSURs submission; Ukrainian: native, English: Intermediate level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communication with HCP, Patients for safety information collection (adverse events – AEs, Special Situations - SSs); accurate and timely processing of incoming PV information in the company safety database; Expedited reporting of ICSRs to local RA as per local PV legislation and global company’s SOPs; Reporting of Periodic Safety Update Reports to local RA; Communication with local RA and HQ; Literature screening; Ensuring appropriate recording and documentation of all PV-related processes; Ensuring reconciliations; Involving with other PV processes.
