To our team, we are looking for: 

TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for partners, customers, and employees, focusing on products, services, and essential technical skills
• Continuously develop your subject-matter expertise through research of products, technologies, and related systems
• Create, update, and manage training materials such as presentations, guides, simulators, and practical exercises to support effective knowledge transfer
• Cooperate with Field Team and Training Coordinators to identify learning needs, plan training schedules, manage registrations, and ensure smooth administrative processes
• Deliver trainings at John Deere Training Centers and partner locations across Ukraine and other countries in the region; willingness to travel up to 20% of working time

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Technical and/or agricultural background
• Basic understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, electrics, and electronics
• Strong communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) - required to deliver training and communicate effectively with partners across different markets
• Willingness and ability to travel (up to 20%)
• Valid driver’s license
