Our client is a US-based world-leading provider of automated dispute management solutions for issuing banks and financial organizations.

Together with the client, we work on a management platform to support all transaction types, facilitate cross-departmental communication, and integrate with virtually any banking platform. Features like self-service, Spanish intake, and all account holder communications are also supported, allowing it to integrate with current processes and corporate guidelines seamlessly.

A Pega developer with 1+ years of Pega development experienceCertified in Pega CSA or in progressExperienced in software development with a basic understanding of low-code platformsFamiliar with Pega rules, case types, flows, data types, and UI rules through the academy or project workAware of Agile delivery frameworks and how development fits into the SDLCComfortable with debugging, troubleshooting, and documenting user storiesAttentive to detail and communicativeCapable of maintaining business communication with clients in EnglishHaving academic background in Computer Science or related field, with foundational knowledge of programming concepts and hands-on experience in at least one language (, Java, Python, C#) – would be a plus
