Have experience in logistics, transport coordination, or customer support;Possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle large amounts of information;Can make quick decisions in non-standard situations;Understand technological processes within a logistics company and want to improve service quality;Speak German at a B2 level or higher.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage the distribution of cargo pickup requests among couriers;Monitor routes and ensure successful pickups and deliveries;Provide support to couriers regarding the correct processing of waybills and conflict resolution;Consult on procedures for damaged goods, shortages, or force majeure situations;Handle unidentified or damaged shipments;Conduct calls to recipients to verify service quality and collect feedback.
