Could you be the full-time Product Introduction Field Modification Operator in Kirovohrad we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and operational expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of field modifications, contributing to the efficiency and safety of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Field Modification Coordinators, PI Customer Site Managers), ensure proper use of tools and resources, and adhere to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of implementing field modifications according to provided instructions, including tests if required, but also ensure accurate reporting and database updates.
We’ll look to you for:
Implementing field modifications as per instructions, including performing necessary tests
Ensuring the use of valid/calibrated tools
Populating and maintaining relevant modification follow-up databases
Reporting relevant information to the Field Modification Coordinator-Leader and PI Customer Site Manager
Facilitating effective communication within the field modification team (, shift handovers)
Performing quality self-inspections
Adhering to EHS rules and work-related processes
Ensuring risk assessments and safe systems of work are available
Reporting any deviations or non-conformities related to field modifications
Ensuring all necessary parts, tools, and documents are available before starting modifications
