Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn.
This role will provide crucial administrative support to Project Managers and the Program Manager, assisting in company internal processes, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
We want someone who in a year will show enough potential to outgrow this role.

A key requirement for this position is having technical (programming) skills to be able to support small internal initiatives within the PMO to increase independence from development teams.

Responsibilities:

Support PMs and the Program Manager with administrative tasks, documentation, and communication.Assist in organizing and maintaining program/project records, reports, and other key documentation.Help prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials.Coordinate and schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, and track action items.Facilitate cross-team collaboration by liaising with different departments.Provide general administrative support to ensure project workflows run smoothly.Build and maintain small internal tools/scripts (, data processing, dashboards, automations) to support PMO workflows

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in an IT field.Demonstrated technical/programming skills (must-have) via:Coursework or certificationsPersonal / pet projects or contributions (, GitHub portfolio).Familiarity with at least one programming language (, Python, JavaScript, or similar) and willingness to learn others technologies (like Copilot Studio, Power Automate, etc. ) as needed.Experience or exposure to simple scripting/automation and basic data parsing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel—formulas, pivot tables).Good oral and written English skills (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
