We’re looking for a responsible, highly organized Creative Project Manager with strong attention to detail to coordinate ongoing creative requests and keep production moving smoothly from brief to final delivery. You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, and creators—balancing workloads, tracking deadlines, and ensuring clear communication with requestors throughout the process.

What you’ll do

• Workload distribution: Assign tasks across designers, copywriters, and creators to maintain balanced capacity.
• Deadline control: Track timelines, manage priorities, and prevent delays.
• Requestor communication: Receive briefs, clarify requests, present results, and collect feedback.
• Project coordination: Prepare tasks, organize revisions, and ensure brand consistency across deliverables.
• Process management: Maintain task trackers and keep projects organized in Asana.
• Risk management: Identify bottlenecks early and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  

Requirements

• Responsible and highly organized, with strong attention to detail

• Proven experience working with creative teams
• Understanding of the full creative production process—from brief to final delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and a people-oriented mindset
• Experience with task management tools (Asana)
