We’re hiring: Senior Legal Counsel — Pharmaceutical PracticeOMP has been a trusted legal & tax advisor to Ukrainian and international pharmaceutical companies for over 20 years. We’re now expanding our team and looking for a Senior Lawyer with deep expertise in pharmaceutical law.Your role:-Advise clients on pharma law, antitrust & anti-corruption issues-Support corporate and litigation matters (UA/EN)-Draft legal opinions, contracts, and transaction docs-Guide promotional strategies for medicines in Ukraine-Manage legal projects & mentor junior team membersAbout you:Law degree (Attorney-at-Law Certificate is a plus)5+ years of relevant experience (law firm/pharma/consulting)Strong knowledge of Ukrainian & international pharma lawConfident in corporate law, M&A, data protectionUpper-intermediate+ EnglishTeam player with excellent communication skillsWe offer:-A role in a market-leading legal team-Competitive salary & official employment-Career growth, challenging projects, and training budget-Supportive, professional, and ambitious environmentInterested?
