MEV is a software development company with business presence in the US and development centers in Europe. We are looking for a System Administrator who will support our team, maintain internal IT systems, and ensure smooth daily operations. Scope of tasks and ownership:You will be responsible for providing end-to-end IT support across our organization, ensuring our systems are secure, efficient, and well-maintained. Your duties will include:Endpoint and User Support: Onboarding and offboarding staff, deploying hardware/software, and managing access. You’ll also handle support for peripherals, meeting room equipment, and other devicesSystem and Infrastructure Management: Administering Windows, macOS, and Linux servers, managing virtualization environments, and maintaining robust backup and recovery solutionsNetwork Administration: Configuring and maintaining network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls), managing VPNs for remote users, and ensuring network security and performanceSecurity and Compliance: Enforcing security policies, managing identity and access, and conducting regular security audits to protect our dataCloud and SaaS Administration: Managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and a variety of SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira).
