We are looking for Liaison Support Specialists which are critical for the daily operations of our organisation.Key Responsibilities:Scheduling & Coordination: Create monthly schedules for liaisons, plan routes, and ensure adherence to assigned schedules. This requires active daily communication with liaisons—primarily via text messaging, with occasional phone calls.Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads (physicians), initiate contact (primarily by phone), and enter details into our CRM system.Reporting: Prepare reports and maintain regular communication through text messaging.
