Oversees the CDCS/AFD funded project. Ensure Global coordination between SI, associated partners and key stakeholders. Provide a vision and develop an implementation strategy for the project. Ensure project is delivered on time, targets, budget and quality. Ensure compliance with donors' rules and regulation. Ensure external represenation.

Nexus project (coherence across components to be found to ensure relevance and impact). Internal coordination : Multi-bases project and teams working with an 'emergency lense' and with HQ. Specific AFD procedures to follow.

PRIORITIES ON THE 2-3 FIRST MONTHS

Monitoring of preliminary studies prior to construction. Launch of complementary activities based on results and activity schedule. Facilitate information flow between all stakeholders

SECURITY

Kyiv is security level 2/5 according to SI grading, showing an fair low residual security risk, Official nationwide curfew from 00h to 5,00am
Regular air alerts and attacks from Russian Forces, particularly at night, can affect sleep.

Your profile

Bachelor, Master degree Project Management Cycle Experience in working with local actors Wash technical skills not mandatory but a strong asset Development project Management Coordination/External Representation Writing/reporting skills

Field teams are composed of engineers, in capacity to describe technical specifications and conduct site and work monitoring. A WaSH coordinator can offert technical support. Nevertheless, AFD requirements include a significant volume of technical documentation, requiring some WaSH background if not a hydraulic engineer. The technicity here is preffered 3 but a 2 can be considered,

English, French (communication with French Donor), Ukrainian or russian an asset

SI will offer you

· Temporary expatriate contract

· Salary calculated based on the expatriate salary scale (gross salary starting at €2,/month)

· Per diem and accommodation covered during deployments

· One day off for each weekend spent in the field – 25 days of paid vacation. No RTT (reduced working time)

· Health/life insurance and repatriation (% covered)

· Free choice of location (France or abroad) outside of deployment periods
