REQUIREMENTS

3+ years in Project ManagementProven track record of running projects with 10+ team membersHands-on background in managing fixed-price projectsAbility to lead technical teams and act as a bridge between developers, hardware teams, and business stakeholdersProficiency in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologiesSolid understanding of the SDLC, software implementation, and support cyclesStrong expertise in project management: planning, scheduling, budgeting, issue resolution, change request management, risk management, and release managementAbility to prioritize workload effectivelyCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsStress tolerance and a service-oriented mindsetEnglish skills — Upper-Intermediate or highUnderstanding of the FMCG industry (nice to have)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating team activitiesManaging and maintaining project documentation, plans, and reportsUtilizing project management tools to monitor working time, budget, and schedulesProviding essential updates on project status and tasks to all stakeholders (teams and clients)Defining project goals, tasks, timelines, and expected outcomesIdentifying and resolving project-related issuesOverseeing all project stages to ensure smooth executionOrganizing project team meetingsMonitoring the project's financial performance and preparing relevant reportsOptimizing team workflows to maximize efficiency and resultsImplementing innovative ideas and aligning them with business needsMaking quick and effective decisions in unforeseen circumstances while minimizing risks
