We are cooperating with a client that is a global commercial real-estate services and investment firm offering end-to-end solutions for occupiers, investors, and asset owners. They help with planning, leasing, occupying, designing, building, managing, and optimising real-estate portfolios. As part of the client's portfolio strategy service, it is a tool/software capability that combines a client’s existing real‐estate portfolio data with market intelligence to uncover efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
Our team consists of more than 12 people, located in Ukraine and Poland: Software Engineers, Designer, PM, BA, QA, and DevOps.

An experienced architect with 8+ years of strong engineering and delivery expertise in IT and Digital delivery programsA holder of 3+ years of track record as a Software ArchitectProficient in enterprise architecture and design, including architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar proven experienceKnowledgeable of the application of modern architecture principles and patternsSkilled in HTML, CSS, JS, Python, React, Angular, Next, , and related frameworksFamiliar with cloud development solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift), cloud hosting practices, Cloud IaaS, PaaSA practitioner of DevOps/DevSecOps concepts security, server technologies, CDN and custom build/bespoke technologiesStrong in integration: APIs, RESTful APIs, micro-services patternsWell-versed in analytics tools/real-time data processingAccustomed to communicating design concepts to deeply technical development teams as well as non-technical staff upUnrivalled in relationship management and communication skills, able to navigate organizations and bring multiple stakeholders together to achieve strategic business goalsCapable of diving deep into the solution and hands-on solution developmentSuccessful in communicating in English freely in a multicultural environmentAND YOU WANT TO
