Design, build, and scale fullstack applications using React and Node.js
Collaborate closely with product and design to turn ideas into production-ready features
Own the full application lifecycle, including migrations and system evolution
Lead the transition from legacy monoliths to modern SPA architectures
Improve performance, reliability, and scalability across the stack
Establish and maintain shared components, tooling, and engineering standards
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making
Contribute across all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery
5–6+ years of experience as a Senior / Lead / Principal Fullstack Engineer
MSc in Computer Science or a closely related technical field
Strong experience building SPAs with React
Solid backend experience with Node.js (Python or Go is a plus)
Experience owning full application lifecycles, including monolith decoupling and migrations
Strong understanding of CI/CD and modern deployment workflows
Experience with Solana and Solidity
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Experience with Rails or legacy monolithic architectures
Exposure to Crypto, Blockchain, or AI-driven products
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure
