You will join our dedicated team to develop a mobile-first custodial trading app that lets users buy/sell tokenized securities and crypto in seconds with instant settlement, easy transferability, and a clean, beginner-friendly interface.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in the Backend development of complex web and mobile apps using Java with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, enterprise-scale systems.Expert knowledge of Core Java concepts, including object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, multi-threading, and memory management.Hands-on experience with the Micronaut framework for building efficient and scalable microservices.Familiarity with GraalVM and native image generation for performance tuning is highly desirable.Experience with other relevant frameworks such as Spring Boot is a plus.Proficiency in database technologies (, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL) and writing efficient SQL queries.Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and experience with messaging systems (, Kafka, RabbitMQ).Previous commercial experience working within the financial services industry, understanding security protocols and specific domain challenges (low latency, high throughput).Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilitiesResponsibilities:
