We are transforming a long-standing business application into a modern technology stack. Our goal is to build a modular monolith designed for scalability and future microservices separation. We follow hexagonal architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to ensure clean, maintainable solutions.
This is you
A Middle Java Engineer with 3–5 years of professional experience
Strong knowledge of JVM technologies, including modern Java and modern Kotlin
Experience in AdTech, ideally with DSP (Demand-Side Platform) development
Good communication skills and a proactive approach
English level: Upper-Intermediate
Nice-to-have skills
Previous experience working with high-load systems
Understanding of system design principles
Familiarity with cloud platforms
Experience collaborating with Senior, Principal Engineers, or Architects
Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments

Contribute to the development and optimization of AdTech solutions
Work with modern Java/Kotlin within JVM-based architectures
Collaborate closely with senior engineers, tech leads, and architects
Participate in technical discussions, propose solutions, and improve system performance
Ensure high-quality code delivery and follow best engineering practices
