As a CDM and Reimbursement Manager, you willbe responsible forensuring the seamless delivery of revenue cycle processes to meet key departmental KPI’s. You willassistin the day-to-day operations of the department whilstmonitoringthe performance of your team through reporting and regular audits,identifyingwhereadditionalsupport may berequiredand recognising high performance. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration between colleagues and departments and with external stakeholders,identifyingareas for opportunity and removing barriers to success.
What you'll do:
Manage a team of 3 to deliver a robust centralised and standardised function
Act as the UK ownerof all Meditech Expanse RCSS-owned dictionaries within CDM and Reimbursement, ensuring all changes are appropriately approved in line with internal governance.
Design, build, and test complex rules (e.g., MIS rules, field maps, data sets) to ensureaccuratereimbursement, including troubleshooting and remediation as needed.
Manage and track dictionary requests, ensuring timely completion in accordance withlocal policies and following up asrequired.
Serve as a Meditech Expanse SME for the relevant application, providing support, guidance, and best practice recommendations to colleagues.
Work closely with the UK Expanse team, Parallon, Meditech colleagues, and stakeholders across RCSS and the wider organisation.
Promote best practice and standardisation across the UK division, aligning with Parallon standards whereappropriate.
Ensure team members are supported in their development including performance management and task assignment
Provide insight and reporting intoservice levels,maintainreasonable request turnaround times and user education to promote quality requests
What you'll bring:
Experience with ServiceNow or other request management systems
MEDITECH or similarEHR
Business Analysis and projects experience
Coding experience
Experienced line manager of technical teams
Strongmulti-levelstakeholder management abilities
Proficient understanding of UK Private Healthcare Revenue Cycle technology and terminology
Wide breadthof knowledge across the industry ororganisation
Degree or equivalent in IT/Clinical or Business education
