About the Role:
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
You will run high-volume campaigns, brief creative teams, manage external agencies, and continuously test new ideas to reduce CAC and improve ROAS.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with fast execution and a deep passion for digital performance.
Responsibilities:
⨠ Paid Acquisition Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, PMax, YouTube, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other channels.
- Build full-funnel campaign structures and iterate quickly based on data.
- Continuously reduce CAC and improve ROAS through testing and optimization.
⨠ Experimentation & CRO Collaboration
- Run multiple parallel experiments: audiences, angles, creatives, landing pages, offers.
- Work closely with CRO Specialist to align traffic quality with conversion insights.
- Document test results and build a playbook of winning patterns.
⨠ Creative Briefing & Collaboration
- Create structured briefs for the creative team, outlining angles, scripts, hooks, and visual cues.
- Work with design, UGC creators, and influencer teams to produce new ad concepts weekly.
- Review assets and ensure brand consistency and performance focus.
⨠ Agency & Vendor Management
- Manage partnerships with media buying agencies and ensure they meet performance targets.
- Set KPIs, review weekly performance reports, and guide agencies on strategy.
- Bring execution in-house whenever more efficient.
⨠ Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards (Looker/GA4/Ads Manager) to track CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, and attribution.
- Analyze traffic quality, audience insights, and creative performance.
- Provide clear weekly summaries and optimization recommendations.
⨠ Budget Management
- Plan and manage monthly budgets with efficient daily pacing.
- Allocate spend across channels based on performance and strategic priorities.
- Ensure maximum return on every dollar spent.
⨠ Marketing Infrastructure
- Align with tracking specialists on pixel setups, events, server-side tracking, and attribution.
- Ensure clean data and proper event configuration across all platforms.
- Troubleshoot tracking issues quickly.
Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years experience in performance marketing (ideally in consumer electronics or e-commerce).
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce flows.
- Hands-on experience managing large budgets across Google and Meta.
- Strong analytical skills and mastery of ad manager platforms.
- Understanding of creative testing frameworks (hooks, angles, formats).
- Ability to run fast experiments and work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with GA4, Looker, attribution tools, and event-based tracking.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with UGC workflows and influencer amplification.
- Experience with PMax, YouTube, or TikTok Ads at scale.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and server-side tracking.
