Position Summary
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and brand-savvy Social Media Manager to join our international marketing team.
In this role, you will manage and grow the company’s presence across social platforms, ensuring brand consistency, engaging storytelling, and strategic alignment with our luxury cigar portfolio.
This position is ideal for someone who understands premium branding, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to translate business objectives into impactful digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting aligned with brand tone and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative, trade marketing, and sales teams to create engaging visual and written content.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms), including targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
- Monitor community engagement, respond to messages, and nurture relationships with followers and partners.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
- Research trends and competitor activity to propose innovative ideas and campaigns.
- Coordinate with agencies, photographers, and designers when necessary.
- Ensure all content complies with advertising regulations for tobacco-related brands.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media accounts for lifestyle, luxury, or premium brands.
- Proven experience with ad campaign management and analytics (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, aesthetics, and brand positioning.
- Experience with content planning tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Metricool, or similar).
- Proficiency in English (C1); knowledge of Spanish or Russian is a plus.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
- Ownership mindset with accountability, adaptability, and motivation to grow in a fast-scaling brand.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize strategies.
- Passion for cigars, craftsmanship, or luxury lifestyle industries is an advantage.
