At Nufarm, relationships are at the heart of what we do. As our Key Account Manager, based in Kyiv, Ukraine, you’ll work closely with key distributors and agroholdings to strengthen Nufarm’s presence and drive business growth across the region. You’ll be a strategic partner and advisor — ensuring our customers’ success through collaboration, trust, and a shared commitment to evolving agriculture together.
How You’ll Help Us Grow
• Develop and execute annual and long-term growth plans with key distributors and agroholdings.
• Negotiate volumes, prices, and payment terms within agreed commercial frameworks.
• Identify new opportunities and build strategic partnerships that deliver mutual value.
• Drive demand for Nufarm products through field trials, seminars, training, and commercial actions in close cooperation with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Participate in tenders — from preparation to post-analysis — ensuring competitive and timely offers.
• Forecast and track sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best possible service and communication with customers.
• Resolve issues and maintain strong, trusted relationships that stand the test of time.
Could This Be You?
You’re a driven, customer-focused professional with experience in key account management and sales, known for your ability to build lasting relationships and deliver results. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
You’ll also bring:
• Higher education in business administration, sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
