YOUR MISSION

Join us as a Partner Operations Supervisor and become a key member of Glovo's local operations team! We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.

THE JOURNEY

Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner’s meetings and business reviews) Perform analysis to come up with insights to help improve partners performance / decrease preparation time, acceptance time, waiting time and bad rating Develop and oversee relationships with Partners performing alongside Account Managers to ensure top level service provided to the clients Bring important insights and cooperate with relevant stakeholders to drive important changes which can make partner operations more efficient Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

Strong analytical skills: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause High level of ownership: independent and not afraid to take responsibility Data-driven mindset: KPI, OKR are not just letters for you Brilliant Communication and interpersonal skills Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude Google Spreadsheets/Excel proficiency Looker (nice to have) experience Professional English
