As a QA Engineer at Wix Studio, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of our products while empowering teams to follow best practices. In your day-to-day, you will

• Enable and guide development teams in adopting and adhering to best practices for software quality
• Plan, execute, and report testing activities for new features and enhancements
• Collaborate with the product team to analyze, refine, and validate requirements 
• Investigate and debug complex production issues using monitoring and diagnostic tools
• Act as a strong advocate for quality, promoting a quality-first mindset across the organization
• Lead cross-functional and cross-company QA initiatives to ensure consistent quality standards

• 5+ years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on web-based applications
• Solid technical expertise in web technologies and architectures
• Proven ability to design comprehensive test strategies and create detailed test plans
• Hands-on experience with web debugging and network analysis tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools, Charles etc)
• Strong skills in analyzing automation test coverage and identifying areas for improvement
• Track record of driving improvements in both product quality and QA processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with multiple teams
