Position Purpose

The Client Relations Manager will drive the organization’s growth strategy in Ukraine by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and closing high-value deals. This role focuses on expanding market presence in the logistics sector, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the organization’s success through proactive engagement and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Engagement: Proactively identify and engage with sales leads in Ukraine to secure meetings and business opportunities. Conduct in-depth research to understand current and prospective clients’ organizational structures, needs, and strategic objectives. Identify and target emerging industries within Ukraine to diversify the client portfolio. Networking & Relationship Building: Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions (both in-person and virtual) to enhance brand visibility. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting with integrity to establish trust and credibility . Sales & Negotiation Develop and present tailored solution proposals to decision-makers, highlighting business alignment and value. Lead negotiations to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet client needs. Strategy & CRM Management: Continuously update and manage the CRM system with accurate data on existing accounts and new leads. Review and refine sales and sector strategies, identifying growth opportunities and acting as a thought leader for clients. Provide insights and feedback to leadership to shape regional business development initiatives.

Skills

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations, ideally within the relocation or logistics industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build lasting relationships and provide outstanding customer service. Familiarity with the corporate procurement process and vendor management. Apply Now
