Required Skills and Experience

2+ роки досвіду в Email Marketing або Retention Marketing
Практичний досвід роботи з SendPulse, Mailchimp та іншими платформами email-автоматизації
Вміння налаштовувати сегментацію та персоналізовані розсилки
Розуміння кращих практик з підтримання репутації домену, управління bounce rate та оптимізації доставлення листів у inbox
Розуміння ESP платформ
Сильні навички копірайтингу: створення залучаючих і конверсійних листів для різних сегментів
Досвід у A/B тестуванні, оптимізації результатів та відстеженні ключових метрик
Досвід роботи з GA4, Looker Studio чи аналогічними інструментами для звітності й оптимізації кампаній
Орієнтація на результат: здатність покращувати open rate, CTR та конверсії
Англійська на рівні B1 або вище

Базові знання HTML/CSS для кастомізації шаблонів

Responsibilities

Розширення клієнтської бази

Розробка та запуск email-кампаній для підвищення залученості та утримання користувачів
Оптимізація сегментацій, автоматизаційних сценаріїв і персоналізованих повідомлень
Постійний моніторинг і аналіз ключових метрик з подальшим впровадженням покращень
Тестування контенту, тем листів та підходів до персоналізації
Використання нових трендів та практик email-маркетингу
