& Requirements Who we are looking for We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist with a strong background in Power BI development and hands-on experience in building reports, dashboards, and data models. The ideal candidate has:2–4 years of practical experience with Power BI.Proven skills in DAX and Power Query (M).Solid knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL or similar) and ability to write and optimize SQL queries.Good understanding of data modeling (star schema, snowflake, fact/dimension tables).Experience in designing interactive dashboards tailored to business needs and knowledge of KPIs and data visualization best practices.Familiarity with ETL concepts and data integration tools (SSIS, Azure Data Factory or similar).Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) will be an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Clear communication skills and stakeholder management experience.English level: Upper Intermediate (comfortable in discussing requirements with business stakeholders).

Nice to have:Experience with Power BI Service administration and governance.Exposure to Python or R for advanced analytics.Experience working in Agile methodology.
